Terms of Service

Priview is a price-comparison and watchlist tool that lets you search for product prices across multiple stores and receive alerts when prices drop. We provide this as-is and make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of price data — prices change frequently and may differ from what you see at checkout.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Priview.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Don't share your account.
• You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• Provide accurate information when signing up. Don't impersonate anyone else.

Free plan — track up to 5 products at no cost. Free forever.

Pro plan — unlimited tracking, priority alerts, SMS notifications, full 90-day price history, AI-powered deal insights, Speed Buy, and Price Protection. Pro is a recurring subscription billed monthly or yearly.

• Speed Buy — when enabled on a tracked item, we send you a direct purchase link by SMS the moment the price drops, so you can act immediately.
• Price Protection — log purchases and we'll alert you if the current price drops within the store's price match window so you can request a refund. Alerts are informational only — we cannot guarantee a successful claim.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you agree to Stripe's terms.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can cancel anytime via the billing portal in Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then.
• We do not offer refunds for partial periods, but contact us if you have a billing issue and we'll work it out.
• We may change pricing in the future. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice before any price change affects your subscription.

By entering your mobile number and checking the consent checkbox in Settings or the Alert Preferences, you agree to receive automated transactional text messages from Priview at that number.

The consent checkbox is never pre-checked. You must actively check it each time you save your phone number. No prior session's consent carries over.

• Messages include daily price-drop alerts for items on your watchlist. Maximum 1 SMS per day.
• Msg & data rates may apply.
• You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by changing your notification method to "Email only" in Settings.
• For help, reply HELP or email support@pri-view.app.
• SMS notifications are a Pro plan feature. Cancelling your Pro subscription will disable SMS alerts.

The Priview Android app requests the following device permissions, only used when you actively use the related feature:

• Camera — to scan a product barcode when you tap the scan button. We do not store camera images.
• Microphone — to process voice search and voice commands when you tap the microphone button. We do not store audio recordings.

If you installed Priview from the Google Play Store, your use of the app is also subject to Google Play's Terms of Service.

You agree not to:

• Use Priview for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service in ways that degrade it for other users.
• Use automated tools to create accounts or send excessive requests.
• Attempt to bypass security controls or access other users' data.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Price information on Priview is sourced from third-party search APIs and may not always reflect current in-store prices. Always verify the final price at the retailer's website before purchasing. We are not responsible for price discrepancies, out-of-stock items, or any loss resulting from acting on prices shown on Priview.

Price Protection alerts are informational only — we alert you when we detect a possible refund opportunity, but we cannot guarantee that a price match or refund claim will be approved by the retailer. Store policies may change at any time. Always verify the retailer's current policy before submitting a claim.

Priview and its content (logo, design, copy) are owned by us. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell any part of the service. You retain ownership of any data you provide (your watchlist, target prices, etc.).

Priview is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that prices shown are accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Priview's liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. On termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above and notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of Priview after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Priview operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
